Welcome to this one-week openSAP course Leveraging SAP S/4HANA Cloud with SAP Central Business Configuration (Update Q4/2023).
This course differs from other openSAP courses in that it will take only 4-6 hours to complete, and all the content is already available to you.
The course closes on Thursday, November 16 and you can earn a record of achievement and digital badge until then. This is the content you can look forward to:

- Unit 10: SAP S/4HANA Cloud 3-system landscape
- Unit 11: Parallel project line
- Unit 12: Recap and future outlook
Each unit includes a video lecture and a self-test. The self-tests are optional, and you can repeat them as often as you like. The results will not be submitted.
Once you’ve completed all the units, you can start the course assignment to earn points towards your record of achievement. You can take the assignment at any time, but make sure to submit it before Thursday, November 16, 09:00 UTC. (Find your time zone.)
Please note: Once you start the weekly assignment, it will run for 60 minutes. Even if you close the browser, you can’t stop the clock.

The course comprises video lectures, self-tests, a discussion forum, and a course assignment.
- Video Lectures: Video lectures of approximately 15 minutes are released with the start of the course. Once they’ve been released, you can view them any time or download them for offline viewing.
- Self-Tests: After each video unit, you’ll have the opportunity to test your knowledge. The results of the self-tests are not recorded, and you can attempt the questions as often as you wish.
- Discussion Forum: If you’d like to discuss a topic in the course or ask questions, you can visit the course discussion forum, where you’ll meet other learners and experts.

Course Assignment:
To earn a record of achievement and a digital badge, you’ll also be required to complete the course assignment based on the content delivered during the course.
- To fully understand how your course assignment contributes to your record of achievement, we recommend that you visit our guidelines for the record of achievement page.
- Please ensure that your browser meets the necessary technical requirements.
- The course assignment consists of 10 questions and allows you to earn a maximum of 30 points towards the record of achievement.
- Once started, the course assignment will run for 60 minutes. Even if you close the browser, you can’t stop the clock! If you are disconnected, try to reconnect to the system within the 60 minutes and you can still finish the assignment.
- We strongly recommend that you avoid guessing in multiple answer questions, and only select the answers that you’re sure about. Please check the evaluation of exam performance.
- We recommend that you complete your course assignment at your earliest convenience. By doing so, you’ll still have time to seek help if you encounter any problems. It will also help to avoid system overload with last-minute submissions.
- We offer one try per assignment per learner.
- To keep track of your progress, visit the progress bar. You’ll also be able to access your course certificates here when the final documents are available.
